Stephan Groß supported the project management office (PMO) of a well-known company in the field of plant construction and mechanical engineering for almost 5 months. During this time, the focus was on assisting the Due Diligence for an acquisition of a company in the field of artificial intelligence and predictive maintenance until Closing. Besides this, Stephan was supporting integration planning as well as first steps of the integration.
Furthermore, Stephan was engaged in the Due Diligence of two additional transactions, related to the acquisition of production companies. Hereby, another successful Closing of an US-American company has been achieved.
