The support of the M&A activities of the two business divisions microscopy and vision care was one of the challenges within this 8-month project. Major successes have been achieved in 2017 as well as 2018.
2017 the Closing of an investment in a North American software company (digitalization) in the field of microscopy has been accomplished. The Closing of the acquisition of a Taiwanese trading company has been completed in 2018. During this process, Stephan Groß was responsible for the entire transaction control, the Due Diligence as well as negotiation management. Besides this, Stephan also supported the post-merger planning procedure.
Additionally, Stephan assisted during the acquisition of a US company in Texas, in the field of digitalization and medical technology (Closing).
