What we do
As a partner at your side, we will guide the entrepreneur and your company from its first venture capital financing rounds to subsequently following expansion financing up to classical corporate finance and M&A projects and lead you through each of these complex processes. The managing director Stephan Groß is also active as an Interim Manager in the transaction environment. Besides that, Residential Director Services are offered to foreign companies which want to open a legal entity in Germany without an own managing director.
